SFAcore is IDAC's software product for the structured exchange, secure storage and centralized provision of production data between the automation layer and IT.
SFAcore
Machines today generate not only parts, but also a constant stream of data. Structural data, configurations and process values are often spread across controllers, file systems and databases.
SFAcore consolidates this information in one central system. Running as a background service, the software connects PLC, SCADA, file interfaces and web applications through a consistent protocol, stores data records with versioning and makes them available where they are needed.
This creates a reliable bridge between automation and the server world, clean, traceable and permanently available.
